Speedo cable oil leak

Hi Guys!Anyone had a problem with oil coming up from where the speedo cable connects down below? I undid the speedo cable and noticed there is also a screw on the other side. What happens when you undo this? Would high-heat silicone work around the connection? Thanks for any advice!
